Thomas has significant commercial experience in Healthcare in Great Britain. He has over 20 years’ experience having owned a successful medical supplies company covering medical devices, hospital equipment, consumables. He is experienced in dealing with the NHS, local Councils, large groups of care homes and other corporate accounts such as Boots, Bunzl… He also worked with Biotech companies in their search for funding from Venture Capital and Private Equity firms.
Recently, in his capacity as a Consultant in healthcare, he has helped numerous international companies with market entry and go to market strategy in this sector in the UK and gained significant experience with the stringent regulatory framework (MHRA UK Responsible Person for 3 companies).

Katherine has 24 years of global finance and investment experience in venture capital, private equity and working with family offices. She was also a Principal and ran 2 licensed NYC broker dealers and has extensive experience in private placements and investment banking with over $5Bln in transactions under her belt. She has worked for 8 family offices, including 4 Billionaires. Her work has expanded to also include advising companies and funds on their investments, due diligence, operations, fundraising and strategy.
Her current roles: Advisor to Nottingham Spirk Family Office, Investment Committee for University Impact, Climate Tech Founder’s Fund Oversight Committee and CEO of her own firm, Private Capital Investments, LLC.

Alexander Ritchie of Private Capital Investments LLC (Legal)
Mr. Ritchie is principal and general counsel of Private Capital Investments. He has extensive experience representing corporate and individual clients in their U.S. and international business and personal interests. He has sourced and structured deals and has performed on-site due diligence internationally for U.S. and international family offices, startups and entrepreneurs. Past deals have focused upon direct investment and expansion opportunities including biotechnology.
He is licensed to practice law in the States of New York and California. He previously interned for the Office of the Clerk at the U.S. Supreme Court, the Art Law Group at Mishcon de Reya Law Firm in London, and has provided legal expertise for Administrative Law Judges at the U.S. Social Security Administration. He has a B.A. in Economics and Art History from Southern Methodist University and a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law.
